HourPath logs your clinical and supervision hours in the categories your board uses, checks your ratios as you go, keeps your CE credits in the same place, and exports a log your supervisor can sign.

The numbers below come straight from the statute, the same categories HourPath loads the moment you sign up. No configuration, no guesswork.
Citation: WA Department of Health, RCW 18.225; WAC chapter 246-809 · WAC 246-809-230. Pulled from the rule and cited, not paraphrased from a blog. Each requirement is stored with its citation and effective date, so you're tracked against the numbers actually in force on your dates of accrual.
Tracking hours takes real time every week, and most logs still can't tell you whether those hours will count. A session filed under the wrong category or a supervision ratio that drifted usually stays hidden until you sit down to apply, when fixing it can mean months of extra supervised work.
HourPath checks every hour against your board's rules as you log it. Less time on upkeep, no second-guessing at application time, and more energy for your clients.
Pick your state and license track. HourPath loads the exact categories, ratios, and durations your board requires, down to the citation.
A 30-second entry between clients: type, hours, supervisor. Every hour routes into the right board category automatically.
When you're ready to apply, generate a PDF formatted to your board's requirements. Your supervisor signs, and you have everything the application form asks for.
HourPath handles the administrative side of associate life: your supervisors, continuing education, and the hours you've already earned.
Invite each supervisor with a code and tag every hour to the right one. They review and sign off in their own dashboard, no extra seat, no email chains.
CE credits live alongside your clinical hours, with your state's renewal categories loaded, so nothing sneaks up at the deadline.
Import the hours you've already logged during onboarding. Your totals catch up immediately, you don't start over.
Hold an LMFTA and an LMHCA at the same time? Track both in one account and switch between them, with hours kept separate for each license.
Every requirement in HourPath is stored with its citation and effective date, so your hours are measured against the rules in force when you earned them. For example, Arizona replaced its behavioral health rules on November 2, 2025, and many online guides still list the old numbers.

Every requirement here is pulled from the governing statute or administrative rule and cited, not paraphrased from a blog. Six states today; more only when we can do them properly.
HourPath tracks session type, hours, and supervisor, never client names or notes. There's no client-identifying information in the system, because we never collect it. Export your log anytime, and delete your account and its records whenever you want.
Thirty free days, then $10 a month or $100 a year. One tier, every feature, and no card until the trial ends. Cancel anytime, and export your full log before you go.
Because charging pre-licensed clinicians extra for a PDF export would be absurd.

HourPath supports Washington, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Arizona and North Carolina. We add a state only after working through its rules from the statute and board regulations. Email us your state and we'll let you know when it's live.
Most boards have their own verification forms. The HourPath export gives you the category totals, breakdown and supervisor sign-offs those forms ask for, so filling them out goes quickly. Check your board's instructions for exactly what it wants submitted.
Yes. Supervisors never pay. They can connect with as many associates as they supervise, review their entries and sign off on hours.
HourPath records the date, category, hours and supervisor. It never asks for client names, notes or identifying details.
Yes. You can upload your existing log as an Excel file (.xlsx, .xls) or a CSV (including a Google Sheets export). HourPath maps your entries into direct, supervision and indirect categories. You can also enter prior hours as a lump-sum credit if you don't want to import individual past sessions.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account becomes read-only, so your history stays viewable but you can't add new entries. We hold records for seven years to match professional record-keeping standards, and you can permanently delete your account and everything in it at any point, before or after cancelling. Export your full log first if you want a copy.

“My supervisor connected her account to mine, so she signs off on my hours as I log them. I used to text her every couple of months going 'hey, can you confirm what I have so far.' Now I don't have to. One less thing to keep track of.”
“Didn't expect to use it for my CEs too, but now all of it's in one spot. When I'm getting my renewal application together I can actually see what I'm still short on instead of guessing.”
“I had two years of hours sitting in spreadsheets. Uploaded them, and it sorted everything into direct, supervision, and indirect on its own. Took me maybe ten minutes.”
As an LMHCA in Washington, tracking hours felt like a second job. Between clinical supervision ratios, continuing education, and chasing down supervisor signatures, the administrative weight was constant.
I built HourPath to support clinicians through that whole journey. It gives you a single place to log hours, track CE, and stay on the same page with your supervisors. Every requirement comes straight from state regulations, with the exact citation attached. If something in your state looks off, email us at support@hourpath.app. We read every message.
